...then it snowed last night. Nevertheless, the flowers and trees

in the front yard are blooming nicely.

Actually it is a moon, not a spacestation. Here is my shot of last night's Super Perigee Moon.

Last night was the closest the moon has been to Earth for about 18 years,

and the closest it will be for the next 18 years.

Ha ha. Take that Carolina... Congrats to Kyle Singler and Nolan Smith,

I will miss watching you rain three's on UNC.

Finished it up on Thursday. I am quite pleased

A few coats of oil really brought out the figure. I'll be giving it a few more coats through the week

and next weekend, I should be rewiring and then I am done. Very satisfying...

She is starting to look really nice. Can't wait to get a coat of oil on it.

The second half of the top veneer being glued up. Should be ready to sand and finish this weekend.
