Pepper Harvest

We had to pick all of our peppers because of the frost a couple weeks ago.  Been working on hot-sauces since.

In the middle are Cajun Belles.  The biggest bowl has Holy Mole and Poblano peppers.  Clockwise from there are Big Bomb, Super Thai Chili, Mucho Nacho, Habanero, Black Pearl and Fish Peppers.

I took plenty of pictures, but short of the snow they looked a lot like last years.  

So there are only a few, but the open house was really nice.
